About us
Riegersburg Castle towers majestically on an extinct volcano. Our young visitors love to explore the extensive fortress complex on a treasure hunt with castle ghost Rüdiger. If you fancy a quicker tour, take the castle lift.
- The castle's state rooms, cellars and side rooms are home to the witch, weapons and castle museum. With a children's audio guide or a personal tour, children learn a lot about our history and culture. Plenty of fun is also guaranteed with our “Rüdiger's Friend Book Rally” in the castle rooms.
- The tavern with a great children's playground invites you to relax and enjoy some food!
- Riegersburg Bird of Prey Observatory: Falconry is the art of hunting with falcons and UNESCO World Heritage Site. Falcons, eagles, vultures and exotic birds show off their flying skills at the bird of prey show. A true experience! (Duration approx. 1 hour).

- Monday - Saturday at 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
