The organic winery Otto Knaus is widely known as the first and only organic Buschenschank in southern Styria. In addition to the spontaneously fermented and vegan certified organic wines, there are also excellent fruit juices, brandies, liqueurs. A special highlight, in addition to the traditional Bretteljause, is the vegan Bretteljause - unique in appearance and taste.
"Urgestein" Otto Knaus is an important concern to work according to the principles of the nature park specialties, so above all to pay attention to sustainability. He knows how to tell exciting details about the almost 500-year history of his farm, and knows the best hiding places of the strictly protected emerald lizards in his vineyard, behind the meadow orchard and the wetland biotope.
