The Wirtshaus im Stainzerhof in the middle of Stainz is the ideal place to dine well and celebrate in Stainz. The house now looks back on a tradition of over 100 years and has a few stories to tell. People from the village like to sit together here at the regulars' table or on the terrace, guests from all over mingle and enjoy their time together.
In spring 2020, in addition to the entire Hotel Stainzerhof, the inn was also renovated and redesigned - with this renovation, the region was brought into the house and made tangible.
With chef Manuel Freydl , a locally connected chef now conjures up all kinds of delicious regional dishes. Regionality is a very important element in the kitchen - traditional dishes are reinterpreted and even small dishes are prepared only from the best ingredients. The restaurant is a meeting place for locals and popular with young and old. Since 2020, there has also been a walk-in wine chamber for guests.
There is also a rich breakfast buffet for non-hotel guests! Please book in advance.
