And I have two handsome sons. One is a fantastic cook and the other is going to be a landlord. I love steak and would love to eat it every day. That's why my sons have opened their own restaurant for me. And named it after me. So they don't forget me.

But what we can already reveal: Hans' favorite steaks are roasted in a Chicago Beefer at about 900° - he likes it very hot.
