Mandlberggut is the only manufactory in Austria to connect two distilleries, the Dachstein distillery (whisky & schnapps distillery) and the mountain pine and Swiss stone pine distillery.
Old and new knowledge, the spirit of research, tips & tricks are conveyed by the Edelbrandsommelier's Bernhard Warter and daughters Theresa and Katharina during the guided tours. Watch the grafting of native plants and fruits over your shoulders. From the harvest to finished ointments, essences, brandies and Austrian whiskies.
