Immerse yourself in the Graz Region - things get wild at the Krampuslauf Köflach in Styria!
On 22 November 2025, Köflach in the Graz Adventure Region will be transformed into a centre of Alpine customs culture from 18:00. The traditional Krampus run with around 45 Krampus associations and passers-by from Austria and abroad will parade through the streets of the Styrian town.
A special highlight this year is the Action Zone. Here, only a string separates the brave visitors from the wild Krampuses, who are allowed to let off steam in this area. For those who prefer to enjoy the spectacle from a safe distance, the rest of the area is secured as usual with barriers.
The children's Krampus run starts at 17:50, where every child with their own equipment is welcome. Whether rubber mask, artificial fur or wooden mask - the focus here is on experiencing the customs.
After the parade, a Krampus party takes place in the Köflach sports hall from 20:30. The hall is transformed into a disco with DJ and invites you to celebrate together.
