A sushi master serves refined rolls live. Cold highlights such as Arctic char ceviche, shrimp cocktail with mango & pineapple, octopus salad, gravlax with sweet dill mustard sauce, a smoked fish platter, wakame with crayfish, herring fillet with apple & cucumber, and homemade Tuscan bread kick off the evening.
