With the duo BLUATSCHINK from the Tyrolean Lechtal, some things are a bit different. Here, a married couple sits on stage, which is not exactly common. Margit and Toni Knittel have been a couple for 30 years.
If one needs a prime example of the saying "opposites attract" – the two could not be more different. But for anyone still unsure about who the beauty is and who the beast is – definitely enjoy a performance by both and form your own opinion!
Regarding the title of the new program, Toni Knittel says:
“It should actually be called THE BEAUTY, as anyone who isn’t blind as a mole can see. But in case Disney has something against the use of the original title, we’ve just written THE BEAUTY. As for who of the two of us is the beast – everyone who knows me and my cheeky mouth for a long time agrees on that!”

Founded in 2001, the aim of Culture in Passail has always been to bring a diverse cultural program to our beautiful Passail. The motivated team of "KiP" is always striving to bring well-known artists such as Wolfgang Ambros to Almenland. But even young, up-and-coming performers often celebrate one of their first appearances in Passail. For example, Paul Pizzera has already been a guest in the Passail cultural hall multiple times, years before he achieved his big breakthrough.
Local artists also have the opportunity to prove to the audience that culture does not always have to be sourced from afar – culture takes place right here in Passail.
