Retter BioGut: The new winter collection with “green cosmetics”
About the offer
If you are passionate about natural organic skincare and healthy skin is important to you, you've come to the right place. Toxins, chemicals and stress promote the ageing process and put a strain on cell health. In this green cosmetics course, I reveal the most important secrets for detoxification via the skin. It has never been so easy to optimally cleanse, regenerate and refresh your cells!
In 2015, I completed a mental coach training programme to consciously improve my quality of life. I began to take more care of myself and live more consciously. A healthy diet, regular exercise and a balanced lifestyle have become important to me, and when I started to look into the ingredients in cosmetics, I immediately realised that I didn't want to expose my skin to so many chemicals in the future. I started making natural cosmetics (so many foreign words and so many ingredients!). That has changed: Now I practise green cosmetics under the motto: ‘I only put on my skin what I would eat.
‘Of course, I would also like to pass on this knowledge. Most people don't realise how easy it is to create their own skincare with natural nutrients that nourish the skin from the outside.
The exciting thing about working with plants is the self-responsibility that you can gain. I see an infinitely diverse ‘garden’ in which I want to find my way, I see plants as living beings and believe that they are our allies and want to be understood. I also want to convey this understanding in my workshops.
When I collect herbs and bring them home, they are like great treasures that I have found. According to the motto: ‘I will protect what I value and know and treat it with care.’
The experience takes place from 6 people up to a maximum of 12 people. An exclusive workshop for 1-5 people can also be organised at the additional cost stated.
