"The Enjoyment of Life"
The small vinegar manufactory of Beate Oswald and her partner Thomas Schaffer is located in Koglhof. Over the years, the family business, now in its third generation, has built up extensive knowledge about fruits, vegetables, and herbs for the production of spirits, jams, and juices. This knowledge is also applied in vinegar production today. A variety of flavorful, vegan vinegar varieties are produced according to traditional methods from home-grown fruits and herbs. Only regional products are processed in the vinegar manufactory using traditional methods. During a tour, guests can also gain insights and valuable information about vinegar production.

Guided Tours:
During a guided tour of the vinegar manufactory in Koglhof, guests get insights into the processing of the fruits as well as the traditional production of the vinegar varieties. The tour is rounded off with a tasting of various varieties.
There are tours from March 1 to October 31 Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2:00 PM (tour duration approx. 1.5 hours at a price of € 8.00 per person, free for children under 6 years)
