From small fine dishes to a 6-course gourmet menu, guests are treated to culinary delights from the region, such as the finest beef and freshly caught fish from local waters. The close and good collaboration with regional producers is of the utmost priority. Something very special are the handmade Salzstangerl or the self-baked farmer's bread. Of course, in addition to the many Almenland specialties, vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Desserts are a must and often come straight from Grandma's kitchen.

For the perfect wine accompaniment, the Edition Pierer offers top drops from its own vineyard in Gamlitz in southern Styria. These can also be sampled in the hotel's own wine cellar, in the wine tasting room. The restaurant's wine list includes around 200 winemakers from all over the world, with a strong focus on Austria. Another highlight is the in-house PIN (Pierer Gin).
