PassailThe main focus of the company's activities is goat breeding and milk production.
Two Swiss goat breeds are kept, bred and milked. The highest priority is the well-being of the animals. The goat hay milk is processed locally and marketed regionally.
This produces the following products, which are available daily in the farm shop:
- Natural yoghurt

- Curd
- Silver goat soft cheese
- Cream cheese balls in herb oil
- Soft cheese cubes in herb oil
- Caprissimum hard cheese
- Hay milk
- Capellaro semi-hard cheese
