The East Styrian community of Anger extends from the Almenland in the north to the Apfelland in the south. The market community has been an economic and cultural center in the Feistritztal for 660 years, is located about 40 km from Graz, and attracts guests with its lovely landscape and culinary offerings.
The neighboring community of Floing, situated at the foot of the Rabenwald and the Styrian Apple Road, impresses with its harmonious village appearance, the River Feistritz, and the largest valley deposit in Central Europe at Rabenwald. Tourism, the school system, and the parish community connect the two places. Recreational facilities such as cycling and hiking trails, folk cultural events, and regional gastronomy also unite Anger and Floing.
