Who would have thought that a pumpkin could be so creamy and chic? With a splash of pumpkin seed oil and a little Parmesan cloud that makes you float straight into food heaven.
Main dishes
The Amazing Roe Deer Schnitzel in the Pine Forest
This roe deer schnitzel has dressed itself in a delicious larch sauce just for you and is accompanied by roasted mushrooms, a pumpkin bread roll, and some apple-currant friends. A feast for all hunters (and those who want to become one)!
Super Corn Chicken in Bacon Armor
Our corn chicken has donned a bacon camouflage suit and sits atop a mountain of orange pumpkin risotto. On top, there's a bit of Parmesan snow and baked pumpkin chunks. A real hero on your plate!
The Polenta and Gnocchi Gang
Baked polenta and pumpkin gnocchi have teamed up to bathe in sage butter and party with fresh mushrooms. Beware, they are dangerously delicious!

Kaiserschmarrn for Real Emperors (and Empresses)
This Kaiserschmarrn is so good it deserves its own title. With wild blackberries and our apple sauce, which fortunately was made not in the imperial kitchen, but right here with us. A royal finish!

The Hotel Restaurant Perschler is located in Rattenberg near Fohnsdorf in the beautiful Mur Valley, not far from the Red Bull Ring. It offers its guests a cozy atmosphere and traditional home cooking. The picturesquely situated hotel enchants visitors' senses. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. Guests can enjoy a short break here with activities in the vicinity of the Red Bull Ring.
