St. Georgen am KreischbergThe 18-hole course between the beer town of Murau and the World Cup mountain is known for its attractive design. Of course, striking golf elements should not be missing on this course, such as wavy greens, lateral and frontal water surfaces as well as spectacular half and island greens. The undulating greens in particular have long been a trademark of this course, as an ancient alpine hut that serves as a halfway station. The round of golf ends right in front of the “Pfiff” clubhouse.
The clubhouse terrace overlooks a large part of the course and is therefore right in the middle of the golfing scene before or after the round. But the external appearance of the system is also convincing. In the middle of the “Holzwelt Murau”, the square repeatedly refers to its specific wooden design: wooden palisades delimit ponds, greens and bunkers, an ancient alpine hut serves as a halfway station.

Golf Taster Sessions:
From 02.06. to 01.09.2025 every Monday from 10:00 - 11:00 am only with prior registration by Sunday at 4:00 pm.
In case of bad weather, the golf taster session will be canceled.

Entering the world of golf has never been this affordable! For beginners in golf, GC Murau – Kreischberg is offering a special deal in 2025! For € 450 (or € 350 for season ticket holders of Kreischberg/Lachtal), you receive:
- Club – Course Qualification
The qualification course teaches the essential basics of golf: etiquette, fast play, technique, and golf rules. You must complete 12 practical hours, usually spread over the weekend (Fri-Sun). Equipment and balls will be provided free of charge during this time! - Free playing rights in the first season
Upon completing this course, you will have the right to play on our golf course for the entire remaining season! This gives you plenty of opportunities to get to know the sport of golf! - Golf – Rental Set
For the first season, you will also receive a complete golf set as part of the "starter package". You can either return this set after the season or purchase it at a very favorable price.

- 9 holes: Monday to Sunday: € 49.00
- Children: "Hello Juniors" up to birth year 2013 free
- Children up to birth year 2010: -50%
- Youth, birth years 2006 to 2009: -20%
- Students/Pupils, birth years 1997 to 2005: -20%
- Senior day (ladies from 55 years, gentlemen from 60 years): Tuesday and Wednesday (excluding holidays): 18 holes € 52.00
- Range fee (including 1 token for balls): € 10.00
- E-cart 18 holes: € 40.00

With the Murau Guest Card, you can participate for free in a golf trial course every Monday from 10:00 - 11:00 AM with prior registration.
There is a minimum participation requirement of 4 persons for the golf trial!
