The salt therapy is recommended for people of all ages, as it has a beneficial and gentle effect on the entire organism.
Especially children and teenagers are very sensitive to alternative methods, which is why the positive effect is particularly significant here. The inhaled salt crystals can promote the cleansing of the airways, thus preventing or alleviating various diseases. In general, the immune system is strengthened and the organism is better detoxified. There is significant relief from allergies. Skin and joints can also be positively affected with regular use. Comfortable clothing, a towel, and white socks are sufficient.
