Thomas Schäffer, the (head) chef, was the best apprentice in Austria, became European champion at Euroskills, and is Europe's youngest master chef. He perfected his skills in various starred restaurants.
Let Thomas take you into the world of culinary delights. Always adapted to the season, with the best ingredients from the region, and always exceptionally creative.
The inn has been awarded 2 toques by Gault&Millau and is a Kulinarium Steiermark establishment.
In warm weather, you can also enjoy the culinary experience in the garden with a view of the Neuberg Monastery.
