Down-to-earth hospitality at 1.266 m above sea level - right next to the summit cross of the Mariazeller Bürgeralpe! Directly in front of the hut is the Lookout Tower "Erzherzog-Johann-Warte", from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain panorama.
From the tasty meat bread to the delicious pea soup with sausages and the hearty lentils of bacon with dumplings to the legendary semolina casserole with strawberry sauce - real connoisseurs know why they keep coming back!
Even in winter, thousands of winter sports enthusiasts come to Edelweißhütte again and again, be it because of its "famous" gram dumplings with sauerkraut, its excellent semolina casserole with strawberry sauce or just to warm up in the hut with a "Jaga tea".
