AdmontShow dairy on the Grabneralm
All the goat's milk produced is processed at the Grabneralm show dairy during the alpine summer.
On cheese-making days, the staff can be observed at work through large "shop windows" and cheese can also be purchased directly on site. The production, maturing and storage of the cheese in particular requires a constant supply of electricity for 24 hours.
This is provided by a drinking water power station (5 kW) and a PV system (also 5 kW).
The farm shop is regularly open for you on school days on Thursday from 14:00 to 16:30! Closed during holiday periods!
