Peter and his team have recently been honoured with two toques from the renowned Gault Millau restaurant guide. Peter has been honoured as Ethno Chef of the Year and is the author of two cookery books. His modern, flavourful cuisine provides surprising taste sensations.
Young sommelier Florian Kislick complements the culinary experience with expert wine pairing. With additional training as a young sommelier and young beer sommelier, he brings his extensive expertise to the restaurant and ensures that every dish is harmoniously rounded off with the right wine.
