Since 2017, Raphaela Köck has been running her small "Genuss-Laden", provided with the abbreviation of her first name "Raphi's Schmankerln" in Trofaiach. Since food has always played a very important role in her life, she has realized her dream with this business.
At Raphi's Schmankerln everything revolves around fresh, regional and above all seasonal food. The assortment ranges from fruit, vegetables, eggs, cereals, fresh meat and sausages, to wine, juices, honey, kernel oil, bread, pastries and is constantly being expanded with various new delicacies. It is important to Raphaela that her customers have the best possible transparency and know exactly about the products and their producers. For her, a valuable and sustainable approach to food is essential and she wants to convey this to her customers. Everything that is offered is made with love and care and also always has its own story, which customers appreciate very much.
It is also possible to order snack plates and gift baskets in different sizes and depending on the purse.
Every first Saturday in the month, the delicatessen is also open from 08:00 to 12:00.
