The WASSERMANN Restaurant is located in the MONDI Resort above the Grundlsee in the municipality of Grundlsee in Styria.
Head chef Johannes Ganisl and his team focus on puristic gourmet cuisine with a clear emphasis on fish from Austrian waters – complemented by finely tuned vegetarian creations.
The dishes are characterized by regional origin, artisanal precision, and a modern, reduced presentation. The menu design is based on seasonal availability and is accompanied by a carefully curated selection of wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
The stylishly furnished restaurant offers a tranquil setting for a multi-course evening menu with a view of the Grundlsee.
The kitchen operation focuses on the evening business – open from Thursday to Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
For a complete menu, arrival by no later than 7:00 PM is recommended; a table reservation is required.
