As a certified Kulinarium Steiermark hut, the house stands for lived regionality and quality.
At the Berggasthof Hollhaus, enjoyment is characterized by regionality: The kitchen serves typical dishes from Styria – freshly made, down-to-earth, and prepared with a lot of love.
Particularly popular are the homemade cheese dumplings with Ennstaler Steirerkas, the hearty farmers' fry-up, and sweet classics like yeast dumplings or Kaiserschmarrn.
The cozy parlors and the spacious sun terrace provide the ideal setting to enjoy culinary specialties with a view of the Dachstein. As an outstanding Kulinarium Steiermark hut, the house places particular emphasis on the quality and origin of the ingredients.
