Grundlseer Geigenmusi

Grundlsee

The Grundlseer Geigenmusi - this is a formation from the region Ausseerland, consisting of a violin (Christian “Eidl” Eidlhuber), Styrian harmonica (Martin “Wodl” Feichtinger), double bass (Martin “Mäscht” Exner) and guitar (Franz “the watch” Pleiner), who are not afraid to incorporate a few quirky notes into their music.

Grundlseer Geigenmusi is a versatile and dynamic music group that delights its audience with a wide range of musical styles. Their repertoire ranges from traditional folk music to interesting arrangements of classical and pop music. The rather traditional name of this group is no coincidence. The musicians are very aware of their origins and musical roots. They see music as a universal language that knows no boundaries.
