Stylishly and cosily furnished loft in the heart of the old town. Beautiful oak floors and modern underfloor heating create a wonderful room climate. With a freestanding bathtub and a cozy bioethanol stove (in an open fireplace), the apartment offers many options for relaxation. The maisonette is located to the east and west, providing atmospheric light at any time of day or night. A swing in the heart of the apartment adds joy and comfort.

All furniture and accessories have been lovingly selected and coordinated. Beautiful dishes and high-quality glasses for red and white wine can be found, as well as cozy blankets and cushions. The sound system is equipped with a Sonos system and can be controlled via Wi-Fi through a smartphone. The apartment is equipped with a projector and a screen, allowing you to watch movies or series in a cinema atmosphere using your Amazon Prime or Netflix account. The main bedroom has a door - the optional bed in the loft does not have a door separating it from the living area. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator, and a small freezer. Cooking utensils should be sufficiently available. Important: The loft is not child-safe, which is why we unfortunately do not rent to families with small or medium-sized children. We ask for your understanding. Pets are also not allowed. The access to the loft is via a stairwell with a narrowing staircase - not barrier-free.
