Our vacation home Muster-Dominkusch is located in Leutschach an der Weinstraße, in the district of Pößnitz, about 2.5 km outside the village center.

The house is located in the middle of the South Styrian wine country with a wonderful, sunny quiet location above our organic farm. Our farm was converted to organic dynamic farming in 1997. We produce wines, various juices and brandies which you can taste; of course everything is certified organic. Great emphasis is placed on sustainability and conservation of resources.

You can expect a 2020 built, very beautiful, comfortable Kellerstöckl, surrounded by forest, orchards and stream landscapes. Wonderful hiking trails, which are directly in the vicinity lead to excursion destinations, ranging from the Holy Spirit Gorge to various Buschenschänken.

Baker, shopping center, tobacconists, gas stations, restaurants, wine taverns, outdoor pool, bike paths directly adjacent, bike rental - all within less than 3 km reach.

The WEINmobil will be happy to pick you up directly in front of the vacation home and bring you back safely.

Conditions

Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.

Pets are not allowed in our vacation home!

Room details

The interior of the country house is divided into two floors with beautiful wooden balconies and has a living area of 120m². The cottage is very comfortably furnished and equipped with natural materials and solid wood floors/furniture.

On the first floor you can expect a large living area with kitchen/living/dining room with satellite TV, an exit to the terrace and pergola and a toilet. The kitchen has: Oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer.

On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with pine wood double bed, the exit to the balconies and a bathroom with shower/WC.

Outside you will find a large wooden terrace of about 50 square meters, terrace furniture and deck chairs for your sole use.

Great importance was attached to using building materials as close to nature as possible. The energy supply is guaranteed with an own photovoltaic system and the hot water is produced with an air heat pump.

There are two car parking spaces available.

Please note that we are a non-smoking accommodation!

On request we are happy to provide a crib!
