Our house is located at 1,079 meters above sea level and is oriented to the south. The view reaches into a gentle hill valley and to Peter Rosegger’s birthplace. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails lead directly from the house. In the immediate vicinity (about 30 meters away) there is a cozy guest house.

The house itself is equipped with 4 bedrooms (2 double beds and 4 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living area has a cozy sitting area and a tiled stove. Guests can relax on the balcony and terrace. For romantic evenings outdoors there is a campfire place and a barbecue.

8 to a maximum of 10 persons:
2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are at your disposal. 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom are additionally equipped with a pull-out sofa.

The spacious living area with the central wood stove and the typical yogling table generously offers a cozy space for communal activities.

The kitchen has a wood-burning stove with integrated oven, in addition it meets all the requirements of a modern household such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc.
