The two apartments are located in a high valley at the foot of the Niedere Tauern. 20 mountain peaks over 2000 metres invite you to go hiking and climbing.

The flats have 2 separate sleeping units with double bed, anteroom, shower/WC and terrace. In the immediate vicinity there are tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a rifle range and a natural swimming pond. In winter, a chairlift takes you up to 1250 metres, children and beginners alike will find an Eldorado for skiers and snowboarders. On the 2-hectare area called "Schi GaalaXie", young guests will find endless possibilities on the 60-metre-long conveyor belt with a roof.

The Gaal is not just a term for winter sports enthusiasts – hikers, nature lovers, and classic car fans have also discovered the mountain community in a high valley on the southern edge of the Niedere Tauern. The Gaal is primarily shaped by agriculture and hunting, as well as its tranquil location. Although the Gaal is located far from the expressway, the town can be comfortably reached from Knittelfeld and Seckau in 10 minutes.

More than 20 mountain peaks over 2,000 m invite you to enjoy the unique panorama of the Gaal mountain world. You can best train your head for heights in the Gaal Alpine Park Steinmühle beforehand. Marked walking and hiking trails lead to selected excursion destinations. The Gaal forests and pastures offer an Eldorado for lovers of berries and mushrooms.
